Sudan is facing one of the world’s most devastating hunger and displacement crisis. Since April 2023, relentless conflict and siege has forced over 12 million people from their homes, and left approximately 45 percent of the population facing acute food insecurity. Famine has been officially declared in El Fasher and Kadugli, with many other areas at risk. Thousands of people have already died from starvation, making it imperative for us to act now.
